If this were on a rack I’d say awesome. But it’s just strapped to the car so...not awesome.

This person is an idiot. Mounting carbon fiber bike on a very delicate carbon fiber rear panel is bad. I don’t trust Ferrari and I doubt it will be strong enough to handle the g forces of the bike attached.

The rear bonnet is aluminium and very, very flimsy. It is purely cosmetic and has no structural strength. I would not mount any weight to it.
